My story about one night in the pediatric ICU when a mother lost her child. It's a story that haunts me now as a mother of two. It filters in and out of my subconsciousness in my daily parenting triumphs and frustrations. It gives me incredible perspective just when I need it...that above all else, I'm grateful for the health of my children.
