Gigi at Kludgy Mom has instructions for how to quickly make your own QR-code and how to add it to a blog.

She writes:

What is a QR Code, you ask? It’s a mobile application that allows you to scan a barcode-like image with your smartphone, which then displays some additional content. I’m seeing them more and more on magazines and business cards.

They’re incredibly easy to set up, but it’s even easier if you have a video tutorial.
