Crispy chicken strips

Today I was thinking of making something with boneless chicken, after 5 minutes of thinking I came up with this brilliant idea. I really hope that you guys will enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family did. So here we begin ……


Boneless chicken(cut in long strips)                          2
Semolina                                                                     3tbsp
Plain Flour                                                                    5tbsp
Salt                                                                               to taste
Black pepper                                                                  1tsp(or according to ur taste)
Chinese salt/food enhancer                                           1/2tsp
Soya sauce                                                                     1/2tsp
Vinegar                                                                           1/2tsp
Water                                                                            1/2cup
Oil                                                                                  for frying
First marinade the chicken with soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper and Chinese salt/food enhancer, for 15 min.
In a bowl put semolina, plain flour a pinch of salt, black pepper and Chinese salt/food enhancer. Make sure don’t add too much as u have already added these ingredients in your chicken. So a pinch or 2 will be fine this will help your batter to taste better. :)
Add water and make your batter make sure there are no lumps. Now add the strips in the batter and fry them once they are golden brown take them out serve them with garlic mayonnaise or any sauce u like.
