Crock Pot Meatballs

This little recipe is one of my absolute favorites. The meatballs come out so tender and juicy. I definitely prefer them from the Crock Pot. It's absolutely delicious and I invite you to try it. One of my favorite ways to serve them is on a fresh bakery roll. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Lol.

What you need:

 1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 t. salt1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce1 egg1 T. Parmesan cheese1 jar pasta sauce1/4 cup water What to do: Heat oven to 400F. Place the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Best way I've determined to mix is to knead like dough. Shape meat mixture into 1" balls. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Add sauce and water to Crock Pot. Mix. Add your meatballs to the sauce and stir. Cook on low for 2 hours. If cooking for longer than 2 hours, stir every hour after that. Serve on fresh rolls for the best meatball subs or over pasta and top with grated cheese. Serve with salad.
