This panel will focus on how in addition to multiculturalism, the blogging community also creates and sustains "cross culturalism" through blogging. Furthermore, the term "culture" does not necessarily apply to ethnicity or nationalities.  It may apply to sexuality, regionality, religion or race.

Possible topics of discussion include but are not limited to:

- Who Cares? Blogging About Distinct Identities and Why it Matters

- Distinguising betweem cross cultural and multicultural and deciding where you fit in the distinction

- Audience Effect: How Who Is Reading Impacts What Is Written

- Not in Polite Company?:  Approaching race, religion, ethnicity, gender and sexuality without sparking flame wars
