Two Cool Blogs Looking for Travel Focused Writers

The first is Jen Leo's Written Road. Written Road is part of the Boots N All network. It's great for tips for travel writers, the random market lead, workshops for travel writers, books, etc... Jen is moving on and I, for one wish her the best of luck even while I angle to get her job.

There are so many people that benefit from the market leads and resources that Written Road has to offer, it would be a shame to let it fade away. So, I’m hoping that some of you readers will step up and offer to take over. Hopefully, there will be a handful of writers so that the site can grow into the full potential that it can be.

The post is here.

The other blog looking to add writers is Gadling.

Gadling is searching for talented writers to join our team! If you think you've got what it takes to write compellingly about all things travel, we want to hear from you.

Gadling states up front that this IS a paying gig, so travel bloggers, go for it. BlogHer's Karen Walrond can also be found at Gadling - maybe you'd like to join her.

All that time you've spend cramming remarkable amounts of text on a postcard might just pay off. Go for it.

Pam blogs about travel and other adventures at Nerd's Eye View.
