did you know that the same Times food critic was referenced in a post on Buzzmachine sometime last year I think, which discussed the critic's review of the new Hooters in NYC. In the review, the critic recounted a discussion between himself, hostess and a waitress where the two women referred to each other as "ho's." (I'm the "do' ho'" was how the hostess referred to herself. translation: door whore) I have no idea what Jeff's reason for posting the anecdote was (I don't think he really cares about what insults a woman if it's "free speech." but that's just my opinon) It did, though, make it *very* clear that the Times food critic does indeed have a problem with women that he would find something like that funny (and fun.)
