Mentorship for mentally challenged and disadvanged adults

Greetings!!
I have been searching the web for countless hours trying to find a mentorship program geared towards adults that are mentally challenged and disadvanged.
You know all of us scream when the government either raises taxes to fund such programs for the disadvange, or some scream when the programs are cut back.
But no one has ever thought to create a mentorship program for adults that mentally challenged or thought about the social impact such a program would have, how such a program would lead people towards being self supporting thus no longer requiring government benefits.
I am such a person, even tho I am unable to work or funcution in an public work envirotment, I know for a fact that I am smart enough to work wounders in a home work enviroment or a private setting. but there are no programs to support such a change.
If only one person would step froward to challenge me and to guide me I could one day tell the government what they could do with their public benefits.
My personal situation is falling apart, it is to the point that unless I get some help fast just as sure as you are reading this I am going to be dead by the 4th of July and every effort I have made to turn things around have failed.
There are a lot of people like myself out here, if just one of you would be willing to take the time to work with just one us, you would be making a major impact on socitiy and your rewards would be countless.
I am intersted in starting a non profit mentoring program for mentally challenged and disadvanged adults, if someone would be willing to help me with such a project, please contact me asap.
