Green Bean Casserole

This is so much better than the canned cream soup variety.

Ingredients:
-2-3 cans green beans, drained (or equivalent quantity of fresh or frozen, lightly cooked)
-jar of alfredo sauce (I like Bertoli, or you can make homemade)
-grated cheese (about a cup)
-cooked, crumbled bacon (2-4 slices)
-diced onion or minced, dried onion to taste

Mix the drained green beans with enough sauce to coat well. You may have some leftover but it is a good addition to other creamy casseroles or soups. Stir in onion.

Bake at 350 degrees (or thereabouts) until bubbly. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese melts and starts to brown.
