Abuse of Power

Greetings

I am currently attempting to support a family who has had their children taken from them. The Ministry has never acquired or found any evidence of abuse whatsoever and yet retain possession of the children.

I know this family and can attest to thier innocence.

It doesn't matter how much we cooperate with the Ministry, it doesn't matter how reasonable our requests are, it doesn't matter that the emergency room doctor who midiagnosed the baby girl in question altered radiology reports to coincide with her original diagnosis, the ministry simply ignores our pleas and threatens to reduce visitation rights in order to 'break the bond' and reduce the anxiety visitation places upon the children.

I am so absolutely disgusted with the Ministry and how unethical and spineless they all are. In your experience have you found a way to effectively fight back? Letters, character references, cooperation, independent research, family lawyers, nothing is working. We feel powerless and the family is hurting so much.

Please advise.

This is my blog where I describe current issues that need to be addressed in the ministry for child and family development. For anybody having problems with a social worker or had a child removed and found the law stacked against them. I intend to change the problems and anybody interested in helping is free to comment or email me.
