a moveon blogger sent this out. Reason for me why Republicans won't win in 2008!
TOTALLY OFF TOPIC...

This is really off topic, but when I was looking for clips on YouTube I came across Barack Obama doing the Top Ten List for David Letterman. It's pretty funny.
But...Who do you think won???

I think it might have been Hillary, and she wasn't even there. They were talking about her like she was already the nominee. I can't tell if they are scared it will be her, or hoping it will be her???

The Storm in SoCal knocked out my internet

...but not my tv!

I was annoyed when Romney said Americans were the private sector and he understands Americans.

Last I checked "his" private sector and MINE were really different. Mine includes PAYING the credit card company while his OWNS it.

Ron Paul is nuts. There, I said it.

Guiliani got nailed with that New York Times thing. Man-that made him look TERRIBLE. And his whole global warming is the WORLD's problem-not ours? What the hell was that? Last I checked we were supposed to be leaders, not to mention creating a rather sizable portion of the problem.

And personally on the immigration thing...I think that is our burden for better or worse for the country that claims give me your tired, your poor-and our burden as an industrialized nation-to take care of those in need of a better life. And since when is North Korea a fun place to live? Rudy going on about how Cuba is the only place in the world where life is bad made him sound very stupid. China? Oh yeah, totally picnic over there. Seriously.

Maybe it was better my internet went out. Now you just get one long comment instead of 20.

For what it's worth, I don't care for Giuliani's speech patterns either. I don't know if it's the way they speak that is bothering me, or the amount crap that is coming out of their mouths. Maybe a combination of both?

Although the rural and OC super conservative Republicans in Congress are very different from the more moderate Republicans that win statewide office like Arnold. Meg Whitman, assuming she's moderate, could do quite well running for Governor.

Mitt is all for a "head to

Mitt is all for a "head to head" with Hillary. The GOP keeps attaching Hillary to Bill. Do they not think she can run a campaign on her own?

Ron Paul wants to do away with Social Security. If that's so, I want all my Social Security tax back. After all, it is MY money. And who will take care of our elderly? The government can't handle that responsibility. Look at the screwed up medicare/medicaid system?

Mitt says he won't raise taxes to save Social Security like Ronald Reagan did. Why don't I believe him? Push the retirement age out a bit? Is he kidding? Are we going to have to work until we're 70 before we retire? Good grief, Charlie Brown.

Hillary will be "running for president as a team with her husband?" Oh really?

Why do they insist on attaching Hillary to Bill? It's getting old already.

GOP Candidates Debate in Florida OPEN THREAD DISCUSSION

The Scuffle in the Swamp? Do-or-Die for Guiliani? Can McCain be stopped?

The buzz surrounding Tuesday's Florida GOP Primary is heating up with an MSNBC debate in Boca Raton.

Supporters of candidates have spent the day in crowded rec centers and hotel ballrooms, including Mary Colombo, a retire and Rudy Guiliani supporter. She told the "Swamp,"

“Rudy, you did it in New York,’’ a woman called out.

“I did that in New York,’’ he said.

"Yes you did,’’ she echoed.

If you don't have cable, the debate will be streamed on msnbc.com from 9-10:30 p.m. EST, and moderated by NBC’s Brian Williams. He will be joined by Tim Russert, as well as St. Petersburg Times editor Paul Tash.

Join the discussion here at BlogHer by posting your links, comments, and everything in between as the debate plays out in the Sunshine State.
