&lt;p&gt;Our &lt;b&gt;Sales/Marketing Coordinator&lt;/b&gt; works with the Program Development Director, Client Services team and the western sales representatives.  S/he works cross-functionally in support of the Sales team both before and after the sale.  This person also works closely with the Product, Marketing, Ad Ops and Creative teams to ensure we meet the needs of internal and external clients in developing proposals and building online advertising programs.  We seek an individual with experience creating high quality sales presentations and supporting a sales organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;•     Assist Ad Sales team in the creation of proposals&lt;br /&gt;•     Clearly understand and communicate client marketing objectives to BlogHer team&lt;br /&gt;•     Build and maintain relationships with traffic coordinators and assistant buyers at ad agencies &lt;br /&gt;•     Track deal performance and ensure campaign delivery&lt;br /&gt;•     Work closely with client services and ad operations in stewarding deals &lt;br /&gt;•     Support Account Executives in pre and post sale efforts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;•	2+ years of online advertising/sales, advertising agency, account management, internet marketing, or related experience&lt;br /&gt;•	Self starter, with a strong sense of urgency.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&lt;br /&gt;•	Excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills with an eye for detail &lt;br /&gt;•	Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfort in presenting in front of a group&lt;br /&gt;•	Copywriting and Photoshop skills a plus&lt;br /&gt;•	High level of proficiency in PowerPoint; Proficient with PDF, Excel, GoogleDocs&lt;br /&gt;•	Experience with Salesforce or other contact database management software &lt;br /&gt;•	Familiar with Mediavisor, ATLAS, Nielsen product suite, ComScore, MSFT Office preferred&lt;br /&gt;•	Agency and media contacts in any consumer women&#039;s vertical a big plus&lt;br /&gt;•	Proactively making recommendations to optimize client&#039;s ad performance&lt;br /&gt;•	Effectively able to work with Accounting to assist with monthly client invoicing&lt;br /&gt;•	Comfortable with online media functionality and terminology; html knowledge a plus&lt;br /&gt;•	Comfortable with ad serving technologiesPassion for working with women online&lt;/p&gt;
