Navigation

I understand your frustration - it can be difficult to move from a post in the forum back to the main forum. (This is one of my favorite reasons for using tabbed browsers - all of the discussions I open are in new tabs and that leaves the main forum lists open in the original tab.)

The easiest way to navigate the forums, without tabbed browsing is this:

If you're reading a post in a forum, click the link next to "topic" in the header of the post. This will take you back to the folder level. From there, you can get back to the main forum list by clicking "Forums" at the top of the page.

Forums

The forums have a lot of people reading them but not very many talking - most people blog and comment on blogs, because this is BlogHer - the most awesome women's blogging community ever.

Suggestions? For forums?

Introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself forum. Click into a form that pertains to topics that interest you and read a few recent posts, and reply if the spirit moves you.

Then, move over to the blogs by clicking into the topics in the left nav - or by clicking the home button in the top left.

Wander around - reply to what interests you - and do your own blogging while you're here.

If you have any questions, the more specific the better, I'm here to help!

I think this is one of the more confusing forum/board sites I have been on. almost too many options when I am jotting something down. Any suggestions from others as to what I might be doingwrong?
