bizarre searches

I get hits almost every day for "Laurie Berkners Boobs" and lately "nude house cleaning" (which I DO NOT DO).

I also get a lot for "twins having sex" which really bothers me now that I am a mother of twins.

Milking It

Funny you should mention it. I'm just now in the process of switching my blog title, partly because I'm tired of being found by people looking for "extreme bizarre sex slave milking" and the like.

I'm also switching the title because I'm slightly switching focus. From a more general "of course everyone wants to know all the details of my life" focus, to a naturalist and wildlife tracking focus. How many hits do you think I will get from searches to do with scat, where they aren't trying to identify either animal signs or the type of jazz singing that Ella Fitzgerald was famous for?

But at least the title itself will be less pervertable...at least I think so...

86 people got to my site by searching "snatch" and there are tons of derivations, like "virgin pink snatch"
81 by searching unshaved

The most unusual search terms I've come across are "sexy scar sand girls," "see her snatch leak," "motorcycle handbag snatch moustache," "mom sand daughter fuck," "malodorous beaver," etc. - you get the idea.

I had so much fun looking up people's searches that led to my blog that I wrote two posts about it Other Sites Featuring Unshaved Snatch and More Sites About Unshaved Snatch. Of course, these posts only led more snatch seekers to my blog...

My favorite is the person who searched for "armpit thicken" and then clicked on my blog. I really don't want to know what they were looking for. I also had someone directed to my site through a search for "women suck ass" because of a post I wrote about going to an all-women's college.

That was the name of a semi-regular feature on communicatrix (and, based on email, comments and hits, a favorite).

It's funny-the "-trix" suffix is probably responsible for some idle clicks when it shows up in a sidebar, but it's not really a search term that lands people at my site. (Except for the people who are too lazy to bookmark me, that is...)

There's a meme

Seems to me there was a meme about looking at the search terms that bring people to your blog. So I keep a record of some of the interesting ones.

The most interesting so far: "smoke detector beeping while plugged in" brought someone to my story of having to retrieve our BIG ladder, and climb up 12' to a "plant shelf" in our bedroom to kill a smoke detector.

And for some strange reason, I was a hit for "Filipino Doctors in Cleveland, Ohio"

hahaha, Don't let nursepammie fool ya with all that smart talk she's doing on her blog. She can talk trailer trashy lesbian stuff if you beg her nicely to do so. She's good at it too, which is only partly why I adore her.

I blogged last month about search visits - someone in South America searched for "dingbats car". Well guess what, that person searched for that phrase again last week and landed right back on my blog. He/she still has not contacted me about picking up the car, even though I've specifically blogged that I have the darn thing.

I recently reviewed my reader stats. I admit yes, I obsessively check my daily stats; sometimes two or three times a day. However, I rarely find myself digging through what actually got people to the space where I squat and call it my blog.

Honestly, I don't know if it was a good idea to dig through and find the search words that veered people to my assigned spot of the drive in movie. Truly some of these words are sick; imaginative yes, but truly sick.

Does it in any way reflect upon my content?
Should I clean up my act or my words?

Just looking at some of our BlogHer blog names I could only imagine what kind of traffic they receive.

What search words would land someone at say; 21st Century Lesbian Trailer Trash? I went to her blog. I read it and I didn't see hardly anything that might warrant a deviant sexual reference. In fact she is way smarter than me and has an obvious extensive vocabulary which I seem not to employ. But I'm still curious; could only her creative name cause her to blush while reviewing her reader stats?

Another one that I love CUSS, Campaign for Unshaved Snatch and other rants. I could only imagine what kind of search word UFO's are hovering over her site. I could only cringe and laugh hysterically were I ever to get a look.

Then I dropped intoCommunicatrix, I know she must get some strange search demons if only for her name ending in "trix". I read her site too and she always has something lovely to say. In fact her post today was rather inspirational and devoid of bathroom humor or sexual innuendo.

But I kept reading and much to my surprise the lady can really use the word snatch in some very creative ways.

If you've forgotten, it's been 14 years since Miss Stone's snatch first grabbed the spotlight in the original. The premise was ludicrous, the script was ridiculous, the acting was serviceable. And none of it mattered because Sharon and her snatch were magnificent. MAGNIFICENT, I tell you! She was feral and sexy and smart and every single minute she was onscreen, she and her snatch were on fire. You could not look anywhere else. She was the very definition of supahstah!"

I wonder what kind of traffic she received that day?
As I weave my way through a technical web of which I know nothing about I wonder about my Technorati stats; are they correct? And how do they know anyway?

I once tagged one of my posts and then felt dumb because I was trying to drive traffic to my site so, I didn't tag again. And to think I started this because I just needed a creative spot to lay my head and, now I'm trying to hog the spotlight on a site where women really do write about important things having to do with feminism, politics and technology all at the same time. But yet again here I am about to drive traffic to our site that may cause my Grandma shame or, maybe not.

What's the strangest search term that you've found in your stats?
