I'm Julia, an Online Editor at a company I'm really proud and excited to work at, called New Moon Girl Media. We publish ad-free, by-girl for-girl content, so I just want to throw our products into the mix :)

Don't hold it against me.

I started playing when the little kids started talking about it and I haven't quit (even though they have.)

Neopets is still free and though the little kids don't really play it very much any more, they like to stand behind me as I feed my pet and do all of the free stuff and talk about what I'm doing (or should be doing) with me.

My 9 yr old daughter (and even her 10 yr old brother) likes playing with Webkinz. It's quite interesting, and in my opinion better than other on-line games available. Here's what a bloggy friend of mine wrote about it:

School is almost out, and that means I'm eagerly in search of resources to keep my kids' brains fresh and stimulated. And also to keep them from destroying my house.

Of course, these days nearly every product marketed for children offers a site full of games. Some of the especially impressive ones include:
