Ditto on the maps

Yup, got it this morning. I wrote back to say that the interfaces seemed easy to use, that I liked the location ratings options, and that the maps set them apart from other sites I've seen - it's always cool to see how spastic your route looks after the fact!

I really like the interactive map. The rest of it, I'm not so sure what sets it apart from the other travelblog networks.

Take a Few Minutes to Help: Blogger Input Sought for New Travel Blog Site

Today I received an email from Keira Bailey at My My Life of Travel:

I am part of the MyLifeof Travel.com project, a free travel blogging platform created for people interested in travel to share their experiences. As travelers ourselves, we built the site to give people a simple way of sharing their stories and visualising their travels. The intention is to encourage as many travelers as possible to share their stories and for the website to become a resource for user-generated travel information.

The organizers of My Life of Travel would sincerely appreciate any thoughts you have on the site and concept. After taking nearly two years to develop it, they are looking for as much feedback from other bloggers as possible.

While there are a number of sites providing free space for bloggers to write about their travels, I like that My Life of Travel is actively seeking our input. How often do people really want advice about their blog sites? Take advantage of the opportunity to create a great platform for travel bloggers.
