Mmmm...Cupcakes!

I don't know what it is about those pretty, dainty confections but I simply cannot get enough of them! They're so cute and so perfect (not too big, not too small but just right) for any and all occasions.

And, for someone who has been forced off of coffee (oh the woes of pregnancy) for almost 8 months now I have to say that Chockylit's (of Cupcake Bake Shop) most recent creation looks absolutely divine. Her Vietnamese Coffee Cupcakes look perfect and sound absolutely delicious. All the way from the base of a petit coffee-infused cakelet, to the filling of sweetened condensed milk pudding, to the tippy tippy top of the piped mountain of whipped cream and up to the fine dusting of ground coffee, these cupcakes have me in raptures.

I am literally shaking just from reading the recipe they sound so gorgeously scrumptious. Along with this recipe, Chockylit has also indulged us with instructions on how to make Vietnamese coffee "The result is strong, rich, creamy, and sweet...". Oh baby...I shudder.
