Smoothie Satisfaction

What is your typical breakfast? Toast? Cereal? Bagel from the drive-thru? All of those were breakfasts of mine in the past. However, over the last few years, I have become a smoothie addict. Seriously, if there aren't ripe bananas in my house for a couple days, I begin to crave a smoothie the way I used to crave a cookie or piece of cake!

There are many things that I love about smoothies.

They are easy to make.

They are low calorie and low carb.

They are easy to take when traveling in the morning.

They taste delicious.

For a healthy and tasty breakfast, give my Banana-Berry Smoothie a try!
