To me equalty does not mean sameness  . Everything about us is different however we are completely equal . </p> <p>                The last 20 years have seen significant advancement and prominence in once exclusively male domains : politics , finance , executive business positions , chefs , even poker !  I am aware that although there is greater access to opportunity for women in all formerly male dominated positions , equal pay is still not on the table .
