I was amazed at how many rhubarb recipes I found when I wrote this, and I'm still seeing them! Rhubarb muffins seem to be one of the more popular ways to use it.

She's pretty much the only person I know that really likes rhubarb pie. I remember she used to pour milk on hers.

I used to have a rhubarb muffins recipe but I lost it. I do remember it had a heck of a lot of oil in it though so it might be a good thing that I lost it. ;-)

You make it seem so easy to write these, but I found mine to be incredibly difficult. Still not exactly happy with it, but hey, it's something.

I'm an aunt & now a great-aunt. Not a Mom will never be a grandmother. But it's just fine with me. I love all my nieces & nephews, the original cast and now their kids too!

and taught me how to cook with it. Nothing would make me happier than for some nutritionist to discover that rhubarb is one of those miracle foods like pomegranate so we'd have more excuses to eat it with everything.

Thanks for reminding me of this fact about my mom, which I had forgotten.
