Thanks for your comment. Oooh, bananas gone bad!

If you don't have time to make the banana bread, you can also peel the bananas and toss them in the freezer in a zip top bag. Then, add them to smoothies anytime you get a hankering... The frozen bananas will make it seem more lucious and ice-creamy.

You've got great photos and great recipes, Shayne. I'm afraid a lot of readers are going to miss this great stuff because you left out a "teaser" and just left a url to the blog.

I think you might get more clicks if you wrote a bit about the recipe you were linking us to (and left a link directly to that recipe rather than the main blog page.)

Now I'm heading back to surf the oatmeal cookies which sound very appealing to me right now. And they have flax, awesome!
