In general, I don't think we really start stressing until nothing happens.  I spent the first 6 months just doing what I should - having sex. That's it.  There was no CP checking, CM monitoring, OPK's, temping, testing...nothing but sex.  After sic months, I had a chemical pg and that's when it all hit the fan.  At that point I started opk's and temping.
