Thanks for the useful post Robyn. Ironically, I missed your session because I am editing video that I've been shooting here at Blogher...

The one thing I'd add, especially when you are in a conference environment like this, is to think about both audio and video. If you can't have a microphone attached to your camera, try to shoot your subject in a more silent environment. Just go out to an empty hallway or a less-transited area.

For uploading, YouTube is always quick and easy and likely to get more traffic. I really like Viddler as well as you can comment and mark up videos.

Here are some examples:
