I have had bronchitis so many times that I have figured out the best tricks for sleeping with the crud.<br /> Sleep partially upright, the recliner is a great place if you can get comfy in it.<br /> Keep the room cool. The warmer you are, the more you'll cough, and the more you cough the warmer you get. It's a downward spiral.<br /> Run a humidifier. I didn't have to deal with this much while preggo, so the whole issue with sleep position may be an issue, but definitely don't get too hot!
