Does third-hand smoke hurt pets?

After I wrote this post my dog came up for one of her many snuggle sessions and that got me thinking....

I'm not a medical expert or a scientist, but I am wondering how third-hand smoke effects all the pets that spend countless hours lounging on contaminated third-hand smoke carpets and furniture.

I worked at the inn on Martha's Vineyard where Ten Danson and Mary Steenburgen held their wedding rehearsal dinner. They were both so very nice, very normal people and it was such a pleasure to meet them. They didn't have the "celebrity" attitude one would expect, unlike a few others I met that summer! That impression has stayed with me all these years as I've followed their careers.

I love to see her in a role where she gets to be somewhat bitchy, because that is so against who she actually is as a person. I'm looking forward to seeing Four Christmases.

I've always loved Mary Steenburgen. I think the first time I saw her was in "Going South" with Jack Nicholson. I also loved Cross Creek. Great interview. How wonderful for you that you got to do it!

Mary Steenburgen and Karen Allen are at the top of my list of actresses who keep it real. Mary starred in one of my favorite movies, "Cross Creek" where she portrayed Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.
