I've used it a couple of ways. When I use it on damp hair, I scrunch it up and around (pushing it all the way to the roots for volume). If your hair is longer and/or curlier, twisting a few strands would probably give you an awesome, natural wave, but mine is a little too short for that.

When I apply it to dry hair, I do a little scrunching, but mostly I just keep messing it up so it ends up a little bit piecey and textured -- it's not as wavy this way, but it doesn't hang limp and flat. Does that help?

Do tell - how do you style your hair when you use this spray? Spray it on when wet and let it air-dry? I have straight hair that is somewhat frizzy and lumpy when I let it dry on its own, but would love to get some waves!

I also have pin straight hair, and have always dreamed of tousled waves...can't wait to give this a shot!

It's in their 'Waves of Envy' line. Good size bottle, and cheap!

I've got natural curl that needs a little help. This (and a little curl cream) has kept my frizzies under control without being crunchy or sticky like hairspray.
