&lt;p&gt;Thank you for this post.  I think the most powerful thing you said is &quot;Don&#039;t sit in mute and complicit witness when your friends, coworkers, acquaintances, partners, etc. use hateful speech against women and sex workers.&quot;  It&#039;s so important to remember that all of us get these small opportunities to stand up and create a little wave of change. Not that all the rest of it isn&#039;t important as well, but I really think there&#039;s power in the small challenges, and be ready to stand up for what you believe in those moments.&lt;/p&gt;
