I've not been a real fan of Leanne's, but I see Tim and Heidi and the judges just fawning over the "architectural" aspect of her work over and over again, and I now predict she will win.

That wedding dress was pretty amazing. Extremely sophisticated.

That said, I always liked Jerell's over-the-top work, and I will miss him!

Kenley needs some maturation time, in more ways than one.

I was surprised that Leanne made it past the first round, but since that time, I have been quietly rooting for her. Although she has mousy very girl-in-the-corner features, her work is beautiful. I LOVED her wedding dress rendition. I was avant garde, and made me think of Carrie's (SJP) dresses in Sex and the City The Movie. So, GO LEANNE (And KORTO).

Tell Kenley to sit down!!!

(Though, there is a place in Oregon called Boring.) I honestly think that's just Leanne's personality. Way back at the beginning, she called herself a fashion assassin. That made me think of a ninja. She made it to the final three and her work probably speaks louder than she does.

It is surprising that Jerrell didn't make it to the final three. That said, with the knowledge that so many of this season's contestants showed at Bryant Park last month, I'm hopeful he'll find someone to take a chance on his work and help him in refining his pieces.

A. L. Venable is a Random Citizen. She primarily writes at Dimple and a Smirk (dot) com and Our PDX Network.

It's a shame Jerell went before Kenley. Leanne, dull and boring though she may be, does have some sense of style.

Even though Korto landed in the bottom 2 during the last 2 challenges, I believe she has a certain something that the other women do not have. I'll be rooting for her.

And if she doesn't take the top prize, I won't be too upset. Heidi Klum has the fashion IQ of a grandma wearing Go Go boots and a blonde beehive. JMHO.

I agree that this was the best Runway ever. I agree with what was said above except that I do think Leanne's dress was flattering and like Korto's coat. It was elegant. Jerell did well, too.

Did anyone else notice how sad Korto looks even when she's being given a compliment? She's so intense in a quiet way I think she might implode.

Note to Keith - you can leave Utah. Why suffer in a state you don't enjoy?

I'm looking forward to next week's episode because I think Diane Von Furstenbeg (sp?) is a class act and very wise and giving.

Last night was the first time this season that I actually was paying attention the entire episode. I was in LOVE with Leanne's dress. She always seems so wallflower to me, what with her lack of catchphrase and plain jane clothes, that I occasionally forget she's in the show. Well last night showed her to be a real threat.

I was just so happy to see some real creativity and some stuff that made me say wow. A first for this season.

If this crew had given me another boring, safe predictable set of designs, I may have quit on this season. They have been so bland.

When I saw Leanne's design, my first thought was: what woman would want exaggerated, larger bumpy hips? I loved the design but expected some comments on that profile.

Keith insisted that his piece had a "point of view".. I couldn't see it. Unless his point of view was eclipsed by thin-skinned attitude about criticism.

I agree about the good and bad, and was pleased to see Keith go home.

I will always love this show, but this season has certainly not had the same inspiration/drama as previous seasons. But last night's challenge was finally kinda crazy, and many of the results were cool.

No matter what happens with this show, I will always love Tim Gunn. Forever.

This is why we watch - for mind bending challenges and innovation. Finally we are seeing the visual perspectives of these designers played out in interesting ways. Between last night's episode and the excitement of the DNC, it's almost too much to take!

When Leanne's dress came on the runway I actually gasped because it was that good. She could market that little number right now and make a tidy sum.

It was definitely time for Keith to go and with his extremely thin skin, I don't see him going very far in the fashion world.

I interrupted her tee-shirt work to ask her to write notes to two friends of mine who are Runway junkies. She not only wrote to them, she asked me about them and customized each note! I knew she wouldn't be UNpleasant but she was just lovely. Thanks, Dove!

After I crafted my t-shirt, I walked up to Chloe and thanked her for creating a project that I could do without hurting myself or anyone else :) I asked if we could take a photo, and she noticed we were the same height. She was so cute, she said "I have to wear heels, I'm four foot eleven and three quarters". She seemed like the perfect spokesperson for Dove Ultimate Clear as well.
