Cuban Devilled Eggs

1 dozen eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon ketchup or tomato sauce
Hard boil the eggs and let cool.
Remove the shells and cut the eggs lengthwise in half.
Remove the yolks and collect the yolks into a bowl.
Combine the yolks with the remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and creamy
Stuff the eggs.
Decorate with paprika, parsley or try some of the decorated eggs featured in this article.
