Cuban Devilled Eggs

Cuban Devilled Eggs 

 
This is a super easy inexpensive but delicious dish featured at every Easter, baptism, shower or cocktail party my grandmother ever threw.  It is a child friendly recipe too.  Look at how easy it is to convert a boiled stuffed egg into a work of art...Perfect for kid friendly Halloween activities!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients
 
1 dozen eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon ketchup  or tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo without Pepper  (available through Cuban Cuisine)
 
Directions
 
Hard boil the eggs and let cool.
Remove the shells and cut the eggs lengthwise in half.
Remove the yolks and collect the yolks into a bowl.
Combine the yolks with the remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and creamy
Stuff the eggs.
 
Decorate with paprika, parsley or try some of the decorated eggs featured in this article.
