custody issues

   I have two teenage daughters that have been mentally abused by their stepmother and dont want to go to their fathers home anymore. We are battling in court so far he only has visits on wednesdays but wants everyother weekend and they dont want to go. I dont know what will happen if the court ok's his weekends it wont be good. Any advice? The girls are 13 and 15.

Do the children have a court appointed
representative?

Have they been able to explain to the court why they don't want to go? Have they explained it to their father?

 Hi Denise, we are seeing a family counselor and so far so good but we go back to court to find out what the counselor recommends about the weekend visitation. It's scary when its in the courts hands. Their father is trying to force them to continue to have a relationship with his wife and has crossed many boundaries its not good.
