Please join Chef Rocco DiSpirito as he demonstrates how to use the new Bertolli Premium Pasta Sauce in a pouch to put a little sizzle back into date night at home. The new sauce from Bertolli is making it easier for the home chef to reconnect with loved ones, because the sauces offer convenience without sacrificing quality. Rocco will share one of his own brand new recipes and demonstrate how 90 seconds is all it takes to get a restaurant quality pasta sauce.
After the short demo, Rocco will be on-hand through the lunch period for questions, pictures, and conversation.
Location: The Olympic Room, second floor
Time: Friday, July 18 (Day 1 lunch), from 12:00 to 12:45. You can pick up your lunch in the room.
To register: Space is EXTERMELY limited, first come first served, Please don’t sign-up if you don’t intend to be there, as we'll be sticking to who is signed up! You must RSVP by Friday July 11th (or sooner, if we reach room capacity), and you can only sign up yourself. And, goes without saying, you must already be registered for the conference.
