Days 1 and 2 of my 21 day fasting journey
So let me just start by telling you a little about me. I am 23 years old 5'7 and i currently weigh 175 pounds. I am a stay at home mom who gets stressed, depressed and bored ALOT! I am jumping right into a fast without a diet for a week or juicing even though i have a juicer. Just diving right in there because im tired of being overweight, I am engaged to a man that i know has become less and less attracted to me and its tearing me apart.
I want to do this fast also to clean out my body and make healthier choices not because i have to but because i want to!! I have a 3 year old girl who i need to be at my healthiest for.
Day 1: i was hungry all darn day i thought about eating atleast 8 or 9 times. Not what you wanted to hear? Sorry im being truthful. I can already see this journey is going to be HELL!
Day 2: I slept in today more than likely due to lack of nutrients, I am feeling hungry as i type but resisting the urge because i know our bodies are made to survive a small famine. :) The most difficult part so far isnt really the hunger, im just missing putting food in my mouth, the physical act of it, chewing, etc. Day 2 is not over for another 8 hours but i have already gone from 175.0 lbs to 171.0 four pounds in a little over a day! Probably water weight but its a start and i find the weightloss along the way is going to be encouraging me to keep on! I will keep you posted on day 3 and 4 soon!
