Bonnie Nadri has written extensively about privacy, Google+ real names, and related topics. Now she's come up with a list of things she'd like an "identity service provider" to agree to explicitly. She explains it all in an open letter to identity service providers. She writes,

As a person whose only “agenda” is making sure I retain choice and privacy (choice of privacy, right to and of deniability of assumed identify as preferred, etc), the things any “identity service” must provide to garner my interest/business are below outlined.
