Step 1. Soak the soy chunks in 2 cups of water for 15-20 mins. after they are soaked well, press the chunks in your palms so that all the excess water is drained off. You can use soycrumbs instead of soychunks.
Step 2. make small pieces of these soychunks with your hands and keep it in a bowl.
Step 3. Now mix all the remaining Ingredients except oil and mix mix well.
Step 4. make small balls out this mix and press slightly between your palms to get the shape of a patty.
Step 5. Pat the patty in rice flour or corn flour or bread crumbs and shallow fry in a pan until golden brown.
Soya chunks get soaked very fast, so do not keep them in water for too long.
