After weeks of campaigning, a 90-minute debate at the National Constitution Center between Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Barack Obama, will put the two candidates face to face in Philadelphia.
The meeting is the 21st debate and possibly the last with Obama accepting an invitation to debate Saturday in North Carolina and Clinton saying she would debate there April 27th.
The Associated Press reports the debate comes after a "heated back-and-forth between the two over Obama comments at a private San Francisco fundraiser in which he said residents of small towns cling to religion and guns out of bitterness over their economic plight."
MOMocrats will be liveblogging the debate. And west coast viewers, including myself, are scouring for a way to watch LIVE, as ABC has apparently tape delayed the broadcast for viewers in the West Coast.
MotherTalkers, also running an open thread tonight, writes, "The tone of this election has turned downright nasty. I expect nothing less in tonight's debate between Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Their possibly final debate airs on ABC News tonight at 8 p.m. ET. Watch it if you dare."
Leave your link, post your thoughts...let's watch together (hopefully) as Philadelphia hosts the two Democratic nominees for president.
