As Democrats converge on Denver, BlogHer is excited to deliver a week of insights, impressions and interviews from women who blog politics. That means you: We here at BlogHer World Headquarters will be reporting what women across the political spectrum say -- on their own blogs, on BlogHer.com and on Twitter. And as I posted Friday, BlogHer also is sending this small, partisan team to the DNC to blog official and unofficial events.
Join us! Here's how:
BlogHer.com homepage and Election 2008 page- where you can read everyone's politics posts as well as a feed of Erin Kotecki Vest and Maria Niles as they Twitter from Denver
Twitter.com - If you already Twitter, catch us @BlogHer, @queenofspain (that's Erin!) and @marianiles

Myrnatheminx recommends 10 Alternative Ways to Track DNC News
The DNC's Monday program will kick off with a huge focus on women, culminating in a prime-time speech by Michelle Obama, wife of presumptive nominee Barack Obama. But don't wait for prime-time to tune in. We recommend you breakfast with the Momocrats, who will cover a special delegate breakfast with leading Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Then you should get to know these women of color, who are blogging from the DNC. We'll be glued to these blogs as we watch Michelle Obama's speech and live-blog it here in BlogHer's open thread.
(Side note: I cannot find the exact time Mrs. Obama starts speaking, although the DNC site does tease the viewer with the promise that Sen. Obama's sister, Mrs. Obama's brother, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and all manner of Chicago pols will speak first. Anyone out there know the exact time?)
As of Sunday afternoon, the Democratic convention hadn't officially started yet but there was plenty to blog about Denver. Here's our list of recommended reading from the BlogHer-sphere: Denver's first protests, 'dingbat campaign consultants', complaints of AP editor bias and Veepstakes
