Sparkle (1)
After Easter, it's time to figure out what to do with all the leftover hard-boiled eggs. One option is to make them just a little bit devilish! I loved this version from Kalyn Denny of Kalyn's Kitchen, which spices up the old-fashioned recipe with Sriracha sauce, a Thai chili sauce known for its distinctive rooster on the bottle:
The combination of yellow mustard and Sriracha I used in the yolk mixture turned the eggs a beautiful goldenrod color and the diagonally sliced green onions added just a bit of crunch. I made mine just slightly spicy, but if you really like the heat go ahead and use more Sriracha.
The post also includes links to instructions on making perfect hard-boiled eggs (just in case you aren't swimming in leftover Easter eggs), and 10 other great deviled egg variations to try.
