You scream for ice cream -- but which ice cream screams you?

These days, artisanal creamologists are mixing up mad-scientist combos and giving them delightfully whacked-out names. Maybe you're as rockstar as Secret Breakfast (cornflakes and bourbon) or Sex Pistol (herbal stimulants and absinthe). Or maybe you're as intriguing as Spicy Thai (coconut, peanut and chilis).

Or maybe you're just as necessary and unimprovable-upon as a high-quality vanilla.

Me, I think I'd be strawberries with brown sugar and sour cream -- my favorite treat as a kid, and I think I'm definitely a sweet-tart type.

My ice cream would be called "Loads of Love" and it would definitely have chocolate, pecans, marshmallows, and caramel in it. And of course some dark chocolate syrup or swirl mixed in.

I think I am probably Rocky Road. I can be a softie like marshmallow, nutty when I just feel like being silly, chocolate because it matches my eyes and tons of fudge as sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror I know that my hips kind of look like mounds of fudge jiggling which is why I developed a nutty sense of humor.

i eat my homemade ice cream every night (bad girl); my absolute favorite flavor is eggnog; during the holiday season when eggnog is available, i substitute eggnog for milk in my ice cream; it is so sinfully rich and delicious; now only about 4 more months until eggnog is here again

Hmmm, an ice cream lover's dream. My "brew" would be an ice cream base with egg nog and malted milk flavoring and praline pecans and malt ball mixins.
