I think our household is finally through with the 3 week cold. It's a nasty virus that has been going around and making people miserable. And of course, being a virus, there is nothing to be done for it. I made a lot of chicken soup, and pushed the fruits and vegetables. The virus is still making the rounds, though, and frequent hand washing is my mantra. There are still plenty of people afflicted, and I have managed so far n
ot to be one of them (knock on wood).
A few of the grocery stores in our area offer wipes right by the cart corrals, but I've come across a product that goes even one better. It's the cart smart bag. It was designed and is hand made by Terry in Alberta, Canada. The picture shows what it looks like on the cart, but what it doesn't show is that it opens and has compartments as well. I like the fact that it can hold a purse inside, because I'm forever distracted by reading lables and leaving my purse unattended. I'm a huge fan of the reusable grocery bags, so I think that they would also fit nicely in here. When you buy as many groceries as I do, you don't need shopping bags taking up precious real-estate! If you want your own bag, contact Terry! I'm going to order one for myself, and I think that it would make a great gift.
