Double Chocolate Cream Tartlets

Whenever I'm feeling a little blue I get nostalgic and I usually turn to things that comfort me. Chocolate comforts me and these Double Chocolate Cream Tartlets in particular take me back in time to my mother's kitchen. Growing up my mother made homemade chocolate pudding regularly and I could always be found along side her in the kitchen usually tugging on her apron asking, "is it ready yet".
These simple tartlets are prepared with a graham crust flavoured with Roasted Saigon Cinnamon and filled with a double chocolate pudding filling.
I'll warn you these are tempting and enjoying just one is impossible!
