I just became aware of the dress code issue in Mesquite County Texas regarding the length of 4 year old Taylor's hair. If you aren't aware, here's a link to an AP story and video.
If you aren't able to watch the video here's the short version. There is a 4 year old boy in Texas, Taylor, who's hair doesn't meet the dress code; it's too long.
