An Easy Winter Tip for Toasty Toes (using cayenne!)
As I'll say below, I first got the idea for this trick from my herbal "bible" - 10 Essential Herbs by Lalitha Thomas. It's a fabulous book if you're into natural remedies. Anyway, I doctored the idea up a bit, making it a little more user-friendly, and here it is! Cayenne naturally dilates your blood vessels, so that's how it works. If you try this, make sure you start with less rather than more cayenne the first time - you don't actually want your toes toasted. Enough chatter. Here's the video :)
