"Connected" is the key word
With both my husband & I working (and running errands after work) we stay connected on our AT&T cell phones to coordinate who's going where & picking up what before we get home. I don't knwo how couples did it before cell phones!

Married with baggage seeking cell phone
I so desperately need this phone!!! I am crazy and I need “Calm, Cool, and Connected” in my life! I am a mom to a 4, 3, and 1 year old, I also own two businesses. I have a store called Planet Smoothie and I also have a website called www.grumpymoms.com, to make a moms world easier. My cell phone keeps me connected to my friends, my employees, and my family that live all over. So conveniently my phone has been acting up and I‘m in the market for a new one anyway, I can already see my name all over it!!! Thank you for your consideration!

well, i TRY to stay calm cool and connected but doesnt always seem to work LOL....i carry my cell with me at all times to be accessible to all my kids, and i use the calendar function on it to remind me of their appointments, when and where to pick them up, and what i need to bring, if anything. i also use it to jot down what groceries or such i need so i can pick them up when i stop at the grocery store to get a few things. overall, i would like a better system, as this one doesnt always seem to work, so boy that new phone sure would help my situation! :-)
How a phone helps me stay calm, cool and
collected!
I am married to a wonderful man who is also "married" to his career. It is nearly impossible to reach him at his office. Likewise I am difficult to reach at my office phone. As a result we both rely heavily on our cellphones.
I use a smart phone daily even when at home. I am constantly drafting emails, excel spreadsheets, researching the internet, looking for recipes or dinner ideas to make as I get home or even restaurant suggestions when traveling, etc.
My phone is my "eipcenter" of life. I have every contact whether personal or professional, access to my business emails as well as personal. Pictures of projects I am working on as well as family pictures. Using my phone helps me stay organized, up-to-date on daily happenings, weather, news as well as connected to my family and business partners. Without a smartphone such as the Blackberry I would be unconnected from the rest of the world as I bury myself in my career.
Staying Connected
With my husband's job it is almost impossible and usually very inconvenient for him to stop and answer the phone so we use our cell phones to communicate throughout our days.
Whether it's a message to let him know about a sick kid, talk about what's for dinner or update him on household needs our cell phones have been a blessing and have helped to make managing our hectic lives much easier.
When we're on the go I can check e-mails, send pictures to family members who don't live near us and I can get the phone number to the local pizza place or sandwich restaurant when we're running behind and can't take time to eat at home.
When I went out of state and my husband stayed at home with the kids he let the kids send me messages via phone daily and it was a very special way to communicate with them and made them feel very grown up and connected too.
Without our cell phones, well... I just can't imagine where my head would be.
Where are my kids?
I have 6 kids in 4 different school programs, and a husband who works out of state. In addition, my special needs child has five specialists at three different hospitals. Without our cell phones, I would NEVER be able to coordinate appointments, line up babysitters, make sure someone is available to meet the bus, get kids to the orthodontist, make it to speech therapy on time, AND make sure someone stops on the way home to pick up milk!
Deseases can't cause miss-connections with me
I'm a sister of 4 and we're all really close. Although we live somewhat apart we stay intouch . and when One of my sisters, Emily, who lives two states away from me discovers she has a fatal desease My sisters and I found out right away. we've gone to see her and she's getting help, but I still worry like crazy about her, so I call her like a million times a day. Thats why I definetly couldn't go without my cell.
Hello, I'm in a meeting...
My husband and I have three kids, and we both work full-time. We use our cell phones to touch base, either by calls or text messages -- the latter comes in especially handy when I am in an hours-long meeting and can't take calls! When I have to work late, I also use my cell to call my kids and sing them a goodnight song before they go to bed. :) Lastly, it would be great to win a blackberry so I can access my email when away from the office.
My phone is my personal assistant!
My cell phone is my personal assistant - really! Nothing in my life has given me so much help and made it possible to balance my two jobs, teenager, and husband while staying sane! My personal assistant helps me:
1. Use downtime to accomplish more. I can make quick calls on the road, take advantage of wait time at a doctor's office or while waiting in line at the store, and can delegate tasks back at the office in a flash.
2. Keep in touch with family and job contacts wherever I am. My phone is a team player that scores an assist every time! I can reach out and find the help I need in the office, on the road, and even order dinner for pick up.
3. I can keep in touch with friends. We are so busy these days. It seems there is never enough time to do the things we have to do, much less keeping in touch with friends. My personal assistant can breathe life back into old friendships by making it possible for me to touch them across the years and miles.
4. My personal assistant has made it easy for me and my contacts to communicate - - no matter where we are.
I just can't say enough positive things about my cell phone.
Revolutionizes the "Honey Do" list!
There's a great feeling about being able to not only keep a running, electronic list complete with reminders but also jot down a task from my AT&T smartphone and send it on over to the hubby's! It's harder to neglect to get stuff done when you have something beeping to reminding you. And the hubby prefers this method to the

Connected
I have 2 kids, 4 years old and 2 years old. My husband just passed away this year. So now I have to look after the kids and working. I am doing sales and I am on the road all the time. To keep connect with my kids and client I need the phone every single second. I wouldn't leave the house without the phone and my phone will be turn on 24/7. This is how I stay connected with my family members and clients. My phone helps to remind me of my appointments and what my kids need. My phone is also my alarm clock everyday. Without my phone, I think my world will go upside down.
Thank you phone.
My phone is my BFF
My phone is my lifeline to my teenagers and my work. In addition to using a ton of text to stay in touch, this year we've increased using photos to send all sorts of messages, instructions, humor (which is part of the vocabulary of love in my house!) or to remember things while shopping or traveling. Smart! I recommend giving your teens smart phones because they'll teach you the best hacks.

My Other Brain
My cell phone is my brain when I can't seem to remember the things I need to do or family members I haven't reached out to in a while, all I have to do no matter where I am is pick up my cell and say I just called to say I love you. Because I stay busy 24/7 between my job, school and the small business I'm starting, one would think I'm selfish but I owe so many thank yous to my cell who has made me the generous person I am. If it weren't for the stored birthday dates and important appointments I would be totally negilent.
calm
I use my cell phone to stay calm by looking at pictures of my son and my husband. During stressful times, I use it to get in touch with my husband when we are both very busy. I couldn't imagine my life without a cellphone!

staying connected is the word, knowing that any of the kiddos got there safe, or needs to be picked up, if hubs is running an errand and cannot figure out which he can read the labels to me, hmm I can call and ask questions to friends and family...and I can call tow service when my crappy car breaks down again
Family
I am a single mom of four so i must have my phone on me at all times just to know my kids are safe or be able to know if there's an emergency. When i am really upset or stressed, i will leave one of my kids a sweet and quiet message which helps me to calm down.

i'll use the phone to call heavan because prayer keeps me calm in the face of the void
Staying calm , cool and connected
Is very easy when you have only to dial a number and in seconds reach you sons that are many states away. Using the different tools equals to having a personal assistant. I carry my phone with me everywhere, yes even to the bathroom. lol
Keeps me organized
It so great to be able to get my calls everywhere I go. And I love the "missed call " feature.
Saves Me From Anxiety Attacks!
Have you ever been lost in a city? Prior to owning my PDA with internet connection, I would've called around, bought a map, wondered for a few hours and ultimatley start crying. *Cue music* Not since the purchase of my PDA a year ago. I was driving by myself late at night and thank god I was receiving service because I was lost. I had no clue which road I hadn't turned onto but THANKFULLY to my internet connection on my phone I was able to Google Map it and see where I had missed the turn.
Another time was this past summer when a bunch of my girlfriends and I were visiting NYC and looking for the ridiculously, over crowded (but very fun) Century 21 store. We had no clue where it was located or what train to get on or even what the number. *Cue music again!* Thanks to my PDA I was able to look up the address and phone number and call them directly to find out which train to take.
I don't know how I lived without my cell phone. Not to mention I am able to call family members that I have in Germany (thanks to long distance plans!), text message my friends, receive e-mails from my co workers and get back to them in a timely manner without having to be a near computer and find my way back home safely. My phone really does keep me "CALM, Cool and COLLECTED!"
calm and cool!
I use it for praticality! to jot lists and to text the mister and he does me too. we know we won't remember things by the time we see each other so texting is the best way to easily tell each other. then later we can look at that and go over stuff. so comforting! If not I would have post-it notes stuck to my forehead and I would not be cool as a cuke!
thanks so much for the chance to win! I have a very old and beat up blackberry that was a hand me down from the misters work and needs replaced So very badly! this would be a saving grace!
how i utilize my phone
I have my phone on me at all times. I like to keep an IM service going, such as AIM. I also do a lot of texting. It's a great way to know where and what my family is doing at any given time of the day. Also, I like to check my email on my phone. I also like to leave updates on Twitter to say connected to friends and family throughout the day, or just to give myself reminders. I often utlize the calender and alarm clock on my phone too, to remind myself of certain dates and to set timers for certain activities.
I like my AT&T Morotola Razr, but I have been wanting a Blackberry for soooo long. Incidentally, my mom's cell phone just broke, and the prices of the new phones can be too much, especially around the holidays. So as tempted as I may be to keep this, I would probably give it to her if I win! Thanks so much!!

being healthy means staying in touch.
When ma was sick, it was very important to stay in touch, be there when ever she needed anything at all. Now I have another family memebr who I need to be in consant touch with. Besides using the phone as a reminder as to when are appointments.
I have to stay in constant
I have to stay in constant contact. My kids are too small to have their own phones but as soon as they are responsible, they will have them. I can't stand to not know where my family is. I also make sure I always have it with me just in case there is an emergency. I can't even imagine that around 10 years ago, no one carried phones. And now we can't live without mobile EVERYTHING!
calm, cool, and cartoony
I use it to stay calm in stressful situations, knowing that the people I care about are only a phone call away no matter where I am.
I use it as well to stay connected with others in the form of a phone call to text messaging or an email, since my iphone makes it oh so easy to do it all. And of course I stay cool by being able to play cartoons on my demand with my phone so my 2 year old will have something to watch when she's being fussy.
no more pay phones
I remember the day of the pay phone on the corner.
Well nowadays I am not always home and with the cell phone anyone can get in touch with me while I am out doing the errands that always need to be done.
comfort
I work late hours and freak out when I have to walk to my car in the dark. I don't know whether this is the advised thing to do, but I always call my boyfriend on my cell as I lock up and bolt.

I call my husband after he travels to be sure he has arrived safely. This calms me down!
It's all about staying connected
I use my cell a lot during the day. If I'm at the store, I call my husband to see what we need that I may have forgotten. I call my kids, especially if it's bad weather or something bad on the news happened. I call my parents to check up on them.
hello love
I AM RETIRED BUT MY WIFE STILL WORKS AND WE DONT OWN A CELL PHONE JUST AN OLD STYLE LAND LINE PHONE. SO I WOULD LET HER HAVE THE CELL PHONE TO KEEP IN TOUCH
Staying connected keeps me calm
Recently I had an experience that was a good example of how needed a good cell phone is. Not just to make calls but to input inportant data such as addresses, appointments, pictures, etc.
My brother was flight for life to a hospital. He has 5 children from 4 different marriages. I had to contact each distant family and let them know the condition of my brother. I made flight arrangements for some family members, and for those who could not be there at the hospital, I kept in constant contact.
The hospital was 250 miles from my home so I stayed in a nearby motel and my cell phone was my lifeline to my supportive husband. I had to be strong for the family (his children) that came as my brother went through two grueling heart surgerys.
Keeping calm was very essential. My cell enabled me to do that by calling home, concerned family members, and a special number I have stored that belongs to a person with very big shoulders. Without my cell phone I would have felt so very alone.
I said goodbye to my brother on that trip. During his celebration of life, I had my cell phone with me. After it, I entered as many names, phone numbers, and addresses that I could into it from the people that attended.
Life's short. Stay connected!

THANK YOU CELL PHONES!!
I just recently started back
I just recently started back to work and answer phones for a doctors office from my home and cell phone. When they have off hours, they have the phone lines switched to either my home phone or my cell phone. In addition, being a mom of school aged children, I really need to stay connected in case one of the kids become ill or hurt. I have found that my cell phone is a blessing. I can still do my errands, while working and I'm still available if my kids need me. I'd be really lost without having a little freedom that my cell phone gives me.
What a great prize! This phone looks awesome, with all it's bells and whistles. Thanks for this giveaway and please enter me and Happy Holidays.

My Cell PHone
Keeps my calendar coordinated with my computer so that I always know what's scheduled. I text my husband to let him know what he needs to do and to blow off steam. I keep it on me so that my kids' school can contact me if I'm needed. I take pictures with it when I forget my camera. Definitely a must have!

I started a small business and my current cell phone is a relic and not techie enough for a business. This would be an asset and a great enhancer for my business. Happy Holidays all.
My Cell Phone and Me
My husband and I run a small business and could not manage without our cell phones. It's just the two of us and we constantly have clients hunting us down, especially this time of year b/c we sell promotional products and everyone and their brother is trying to get their Christmas cards and corporate gifts ordered, so our phones are rining non-stop. I was one of those people who didn't want a cell phone. People seemed to manage without them for centuries and I just didn't like the fact that I was always "on call." It became impossible to run our business without one though. I've had one for about two years now and could never go back to living without one.
Thanks for the awsesome contest!
Happy Holidays to you and yours!

awkward moment eliminator
I like to do things with my phone in those moments when I would feel clumsy or anxious if not busy. For instance, I go online when eating at a restaurant alone, or standing in a long line.
