Yesterday was a great day. It doesn't hurt that on the zig zag 7 day calorie cycle yesterday was a large calorie day. Yaya!

I made a great Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Baked Breakfast. This is such a great alternative to sugary cereals, especially when paired with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. Love it.

Moving on to Erin's Daily Eats Day 7.

Wednesday May 7

Goal - 1709 :)

Total Calories - 1756

Over - 47

Exercise - 1.5 Hours Cleaning (We all know that's exercise, right?)

Breakfast

2 Servings Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Bake - 536 Cal

1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk - 30 Cal

Lunch

1 Serving Spinach, Strawberry, Feta Salad - 403 Cal

Dinner

1 Lrg. Serving Greek Salad w/ Chicken - 378 Cal

Snacks

3 Mini Baby Bell Lights - 150 Cal

1 C. Plain Bran Flakes - 144 Cal

1/4 C. Dried Cranberries - 92 Cal

3/4 C. Vanilla Almond Milk - 23 Cal

So there you have it, Erin's Daily Eats Day 7, is done and in the books. I feel really good about the healthy decisions I made yesterday.
