Erin's Daily EatsHey there everyone,

Friday's are always kind of crazy days over here in the Vaughn house. It's usually one of the only days we are both home while Xander is at school, so we try to get as many errands done as possible. We spent a good chunk of time over at Ben's Grandfathers house setting up a new computer for him.

As far as food yesterday, I did ok. I was a bit over my goal but I've been trying lately not to stress to hard about whether or not I go over my daily goals. I figure as long as I'm not going to far over I'm good.

Lunch/Dinner

We chose to skip lunch and go for an early dinner with Xander at Buffalo Wild Wings.

1 BWW Crispy Chicken Salad with Medium Sauce and Blue Cheese Dressing - 590 Cal

2 BBW Asian Zing Traditional Wings - 180 Cal

1/3 Basket BBW French Fries - 277 Cal

Snacks

1 Pk Peanut Butter M&M's - 240 Cal

Ok, so maybe the M&M's weren't the best snack option, but thats what you get at the gas station on the way home sometimes.
