I know, I know. I've been a bad Foodie Princess not keeping up with my family here at blogher but I'm sure I don't have to explain to any of you how life just gets in the way sometimes. I didn't really get to post anything that I wanted in this great community over the past few weeks but that is definitely going to change.
I have exciting news, I'm pregnant!
This would be baby number two for me and DH, my daughter just turned 2 this past September. I have to say that I'm pretty excited not exactly sure why considering my husband and I aren't anywhere where we want to be financially and this pregnancy means that I will have to put my business launch on hold (I was going to launch my personal chef business in January) but yet and still I'm excited. What I want to do is keep an online journal of the pregnancy. I didn't do that with my first pregnancy but I think it will be interesting to do it with the second and compare the two.
So starting after my first doctor's appointment I will do a weekly post chronicling the progress of baby #2. I will still be doing my food blogging over at Foodie Princess and food writing over at Project Foodie, after all there aren't too many food items that I need to stay away from other than, wine, certain fish, and certain cheeses. Now I just need to dig out my copy of the "Girlfriends guide to Pregnancy" and pick up the latest edition of "What to expect when you're expecting" (isn't there a version for those having baby#2).
Well folks I think that's it for now so everyone have a healthy & happy Thanksgiving and I'll be checking in soon!
