The usual culprits are the chemicals found in cleansers and to a lesser extent if you treat your skin too enthusiastically. You should avoid exfoliating too often – a couple times a week should normally be enough to keep your skin healthy and glowing.
Watch What you Eat
Keep a strict control on what you eat – avoid excess fat and exposure to bright sunlight if you live in tropical climate. Fresh fruits, vegetables and mineral supplements should be included in your food daily. Though diet will help you get a glow, nothing can beat exercises. Skin specialists recommend weight training, stretch exercises and aerobics for a healthier skin. Women should particular take special care to see that they don’t accumulate cellulite under the skin. They make the skin uneven, especially in the lower part of their body which can make your skin appear lifeless and dull.
