Tana French is the New York Times bestselling author of Faithful Place, In the Woods and The Likeness.
She grew up in Ireland, Italy, the U.S. and Malawi and has lived in Dublin since 1990. She trained as a professional actress at Trinity College, Dublin, and has worked in theater, film and voiceover. Her first novel, In the Woods, was published in 2007; it won the Edgar, Anthony, Macavity and Barry awards for Best First Novel and the IVCA Clarion Award for Best Fiction. In the Woods, The Likeness, and Faithful Place were all New York Times bestsellers. She lives in Dublin with her husband and daughter.
