Sure, what's on our plates is important.  After all, one of the best ways to fire up your day is to start with a vitamin-packed and tasty smoothie. Or maybe a warm bowl of vegetable soup for those cold, rainy (or snowy) days.

Everything feeds us, though, and that includes things like relationships, career, spirituality, rest and recreation and more.  If one thing's out of balance in our life, we'll always be hungry...and tired...and sick.
