Black Boots

Re wearing all brown, I find it interesting that the model in the photo is wearing what seems to be black boots with her brown outfit.  And it looks good!

Black and Brown

I never understood the "no black and brown combo" rule-of-thumb.  My friend and I debate over this - he thinks it's a big no-no, but I think (like everything else), when done well, it is very chic. 

I just did my nails in a bright, summer color, and I think it will be the last time this year since fall is pretty much here.  It's a little sad *sniff*, but I'm also excited to bring my boots out again.
